The provincial agency is tasked with recycling materials like tires, paints and electronics.
Since 2014, more than 444,000 litres of glycol has been recycled and 14 million litres of oil.
CEO Pat McCarthy says the tire recycling program is a good example of how products can come from waste.
The program diverts the equivalent of a million tires from provincial landfills and Tire Recycling Atlantic Canada in Minto turns scrap tires into garden mulch and playground cover.
More than 799 metric tonnes of electronics were collected last year in the first year of the program.
