A Coroner’s inquest into the death of Rodney Levi of Metepenagiag First Nation has been rescheduled.
It was originally planned for October 4th, but will now begin on September 28th instead.
Levi died following an RCMP intervention at a home in Sunny Corner on June 12 last year.
Presiding coroner John Evans and a jury will be present.
Recommendations will then be made in an effort to prevent future deaths under similar circumstances.
