The New Brunswick Law Society has sanctioned a Saint John lawyer for having a personal and sexual relationship with a client.
Barry R. Morrison has been suspended by the Law Society of New Brunswick for 3 months and fined $3 thousand.
According to the Law Society, this relationship placed Morrison in a conflict of interest and was conduct unbecoming of him as a lawyer, the legal profession and the administration of justice.
