A Saint John man in his early 40s back in court for a preliminary hearing relating to charges of sexual assault and child luring.
Scott Micheel Geikie of George Street used to work in minor hockey and in junior baseball in the Saint John area.
While sitting in the front row of the gallery, Geikie took a lot of notes.
Geikie is accused of crimes that occurred more than six years ago against a child who was a minor at the time.
