All schools in the Anglophone South School District from Sussex to St Stephen are closed today.
All schools in Francophone South are closed as well.
Classes at the Community College in Saint John and Saint Andrews will be delayed to 9:30 this morning.
The latest storm didn’t hammer the Saint John area as much as first forecast. There was talk of as much as 20 centimeters of snow but Barry MacKinnon of Environment Canada says between 5 and 10 centimeters came down although the winds were strong as predicted.
MacKinnon expects another couple of centimeters of snow before it clears and the winds will be diminishing as well.
