City Police arrested two 28 year old men after being called to a break and enter in the old North End last night shortly after 9.
One of them was captured after a short foot chase.
One of the accused is under arrest for break and enter, two counts of assaulting police, obstruction and violating the terms of his probation. The other is facing three charges of having stolen goods in his possession.
