City Police arrested a 40 year old man over the weekend for causing more than $5 thousand worth of damage with a fire extinguisher at Hilyard Place.
Police say the man eventually barricaded himself inside a corner office and refused to budge.
He had threatened to set a fire and when police smelled smoke, they burst in through a wall and made the arrest.
