SJPD Thanks Good Samaritans

Whether you love or hate this intense winter weather, there’s no doubt it brings out the community spirit in everyone.

Constable Shanda Weir tells CHSJ News while most people stayed off the roads during the storm, some people had to be out for work-related reasons, funeral and the like — and she and her work partner were impressed to see dozens of Saint Johners helping shovel and push out stuck cars.

Weir says the SJPD is thanking all the Good Samaritans who stopped and helped out their neighbors and even total strangers in the storm.
