Call-centre company Sykes entering into a deal to sell their operation in Saint John.
Andrea Thomas of Sykes telling us they are selling to a company called Nordia which describes itself online as the country’s largest provider of customer service solutions.
The deal is expected to close in October and so far no word on what the fate of the employees at the centre will be. We’ve placed a call to Nordia but so far have not heard back.
