Three people were taken to the hospital Thursday after a multi-vehicle crash on Route 1.
Emergency crews were called to Route 1 westbound near Exit 119 (Catherwood Street) just after 2 p.m.
In a tweet Thursday evening, police said five vehicles were involved in the collision.
Police said there is no word on the extent of injuries or the cause of the crash.
Just after 2:00pm on Thursday, Aug-27, SJPF and emergency personnel responded to a 5-vehicle accident on Highway 1 westbound near Exit 119. 3 people were taken to hospital. No word on injuries and no cause of the accident at this time.
