Trial Of N.B. Radio Host Pushed To 2020

The trial of a Fredericton man facing child sex charges in Puerto Rico has been delayed.

Trevor Doyle, a former radio host, pleaded not guilty to the charges after being arrested by the FBI in April. His trial was originally set for October 10th.

According to U-S court documents obtained by our newsroom, Doyle will face a trial by jury on January 13th, 2020.

He has until January 6th, 2020 to change his plea.

If convicted, Doyle faces a minimum sentence of ten years in prison.
