The Atlantic Canadian region is particularly well represented in Ottawa at this time.
That’s from Moncton-Riverview-Dieppe MP Ginette Petitpas-Taylor.
She says the Liberal Party gaining all 32 seats in the region in the last election is a benefit, “So we really have a strong voice there. We have a New Brunswick caucus that is very united, and we have an Atlantic caucus that is very united. So we really truly worked together so that we have unified messages.”
Petitpas-Taylor says with numbers, they have the power to work collaboratively and bring priorities forward in a united way.
