The Buffalo Bills fired head coach Rex Ryan…….. Oakland Raiders quarterback Derek Carr underwent surgery to repair his broken right leg but will not be able to play for 6 to 8 weeks. Oakland will head into the playoffs having to rely on backup quarterback Matt McGloin.
