The Conservative candidate in Saint John-Rothesay, Rodney Weston is confident about the chances of the party winning re-election under the leadership of Stephen Harper.
He argues people are confident with Harper’s style of leadership which he calls real world proven, no nonsense and straight forward.
Weston says with any leader, people will see things that they like and other things they don’t.
He does concede the election this time around will be different because two of the federal leaders, Tom Mulcair of the NDP and Justin Trudeau of the Liberals, are in a national campaign for the first time.
