Wind Warning In Effect

Parts of New Brunswick could see damaging winds throughout the day on Monday.

There is a wind warning for the Fundy coast, along with coastal areas of Kent, Albert, and Westmorland counties.

Environment Canada said southeasterly wind gusts up to 90 kilometres per hour are possible in the afternoon and evening.

Forecasters said those winds may toss loose objects or cause tree branches to break.

We are also expecting about five to 10 centimetres of snow throughout the day before it changes to rain in the evening.

Northern New Brunswick, which is under a snowfall warning, could get closer to 15 centimetres of snow.
