The fire department reporting a woman sustained minor injuries after being struck by a car at the corner of Douglas Avenue and Main Street North.
In the northern part of the province, the RCMP say a 35 year old woman died in the Edmundston area after her vehicle left the road and rolled over before winding up in a nearby river.
