An investigation has been launched by the RCMP after a woman’s body was discovered following a fire at a home in Deerville, about a 15 minutes drive north of Woodstock.
Only a few details have been released by the RCMP including that they responded to the home on Route 560 around 4pm on May 6. They also note that officials from the Fire Marshal’s office and Coroner Services came to the scene.
What caused the fire is being investigated.
