A 61-year-old ATV rider has died after an all-terrain vehicle collided with an oncoming tractor trailer in the Bathurst area.
The collision took place shortly after 10 o’clock Monday night.
RCMP say the man from Nicolas Denys died at the scene from his injuries while the truck driver was not hurt.
Police believe speed and failing to stop at a stop sign are factors in the collision.
