It was an interesting year in 2017 in New Brunswick according to the provincial Conservative leader Blaine Higgs.
He says we saw the property tax scandal, the demise of the energy east pipeline project and other scandals under the Liberals and Brian Gallant.
Higgs says 2018 should be a much better year but he warns people to get well informed, not just listen to the spin and hype from the government.
Higgs cites the education situation in New Brunswick, he says the government says it has invested all kinds of money into education , yet we are ranked eighth in the country when it comes quality of education and nothing is on the horizon to suggest it will get any better.
