An on-line company that sells cheap airline tickets has been “red-flagged” by the Maritime Better Business Bureau.
This follows customer complaints about JustFly-dot-com’s ways of doing business.
Jody MacArthur of the BBB says there are allegations of mistakes in flight bookings, no confirmations and extra charges on credit cards.
MacArthur says the BBB is not saying you shouldn’t do business with the company .. just beware!
She suggests you book flights directly with the airline or a travel agent near you.
