It’s a good thing most people have their power back after the storm because we are back in the deep freeze.
A special weather statement from Environment Canada warns of brutal temps until Sunday. A cold airmass settling over the province means cold wind chills between minus 30 and minus 34.
Extreme cold warnings for windchills below minus 35 are in place for most of the province and if the colder air moves further into the province, those warnings will be extended.
