He says the election talk is a normal response to what the Premier was doing.
Coon says if the Premier goes to visit the Lieutenant Governor publicly is on those occaisions where he is going to ask her to dissolve the provincial parliament because of prorogation, an election or resignation.
Coon says an election right now would at the very least confuse New Brunswickers or in some cases it would anger them.
