A fatal crash on Grand Manan Island has led to charges for a 21 year old man.
West District RCMP Grand Manan Detachment say they were called to Highway 776 near Seal Cove around 3:20 am on January 1st, where a pickup truck had collided with an ATV.

The driver of the ATV, a 29 year old man, died at the scene, while the driver of the pickup was arrested. Daniel Greene of Grand Manan has been charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level over 80 mg causing death.
He is due in Saint John Provincial Court at 1:30pm today.
