Two Bathurst police officers accused in connection with the shooting death of a Tracadie man, will return to court next month.
38 year old Constable Patrick Bulger and 26 year old Mathieu Boudreau made their first court appearances yesterday. They are both facing several charges including manslaughter.
Michel Vienneau was shot and killed last January, outside the Bathurst VIA rail station.
An investigation was conducted by Nova Scotia RCMP…and charges were laid against the officers in November.
Bulger and Boudreau will appear in Bathurst court on February 3.
