Transformation Of St. Patrick’s School Before Common Council

City Staff and the Planning Advisory Committee are on the same wave length when it comes to the now closed St. Patrick’s School on City Line. Both are recommending Common Council approve rezoning to allow for commercial use.

Some of the suggestions for the reconfigured building are as offices, retail, a restaurant, coffee shop and even a radio station but there is the condition that no kennels be permitted.

There’s another recommendation for the City to give the Lily Lake Pavilion a one time operating grant of $100,000 to offset losses from its Community Programming for the years 2011 to 2015.
